Kristopher
Born and raised in the Bronx (Castle Hill Houses), Kris is the founder of Showtime Family. The organization began in February of 2020 with hopes to create a positive community for online gaming. In the beginning, he realized the community was toxic and quickly thought of ways to make it better.
Showtime Family aka STF now has 50 members and thousands of supporters nation wide. The organization prides itself on development, leadership and perseverance. The online group mostly consists of children ages 12-19. Kris provides them with guidance and mentorship. A problem he noticed since he began is that some children have the potential, but unfortunately, because of money they can’t participate in online gaming like they want to.
Now Kris is looking to take STF to another level by making a Showtime Family a non profit organization. And creating a physical headquarters where children can stream online for free. Kris is a crusader in the gaming industry and is trailblazing a new way to help kids do what they love and find a way to make money while in pursuit of their happiness.
James
Born and raised in the Bronx (Throggs Neck Houses), James has been an advocate for the youth and community activist for the last 8 years. After graduating from DePauw University, James came back to his hometown to bring resources and education back to his community.
Now a student advisor and NYS licensed financial agent James helps teach financial literacy and guides the youth. He’s worked along side politicians, lawyers, and the community residents to make Throggs Neck a better place for the children.
To amplify to voice of the people James and his business partner created 40Central Network. A digital streaming platform where people talk about current events, music, news, politics, all while finding ways to make it fun. 40Central Network has given back to the community in a multitude of ways. They’ve done book bag drives, toy drives, free open gyms, free clothes, advocated for new basketball courts, forums for the police and the community to discuss issues and many more.
James is now helping Kristopher with launching STF to continue to help children and bring something to the gaming industry that has never been done before.
